Job Description

Sales Trainee Program (Sales Internship training programme)

• Clean Team is offering young people the opportunity to undergo skills acquisition training through a one-month internship program in our company. The primary objective is to help develop the skills of trainees in the area of sales and customer acquisition, to enable them secure a permanent sales role at Clean Team Ghana, whilst contributing to tackling Kumasi’s existing sanitation challenge.
• The training program will provide trainees with hands on field experience in customer prospecting, onboarding, and communication. During this period, trainees will be mentored to;

Key Duties

• Perform daily sales
• Understand quality customer service
• Demonstrate and present the Clean Team Toilet
• Establish new sales leads
• Maintain accurate records
• Attend sales events and activities
• Review sales performance
• To achieve sales targets

Required Skills or Experience

• Good communication and people skills.
• Have strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Must be Fluent in English and Twi. Ability to speak Hausa will be an added advantage.
• Have a positive attitude to new learnings.
• Candidates must be based in Kumasi.
• SHS leavers are especially encouraged to apply.
