Job Description

CCFC GHANA COUNTRY BASELINE STUDY, CALL for EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

 

Background

Christian Children’s Fund of Canada (CCFC) Ghana, an International Non-Government Organization requires the services of resource person/consultant to conduct baseline for the development three-year strategy for CCFC Ghana programs. The baseline study is to establish values for all outcome level indicators defined in the Key Performance Indicators Reference Sheet (KPIRS).  Therefore, the purpose of the in-country consultant is to: 

 

Role of the Consultant:

The consultant shall:

  1. Undertake training on “FULCRUM” mobile technology software application for data collection and analysis provided by CCFC.
  2. Conduct thorough literature review on the thematic areas of interest of CCFC as part of triangulating and support findings from the baseline study.
  3. Analyze Data and write the baseline report from the local context perspective and based on the provided template.

 

Must Read: 

 

Required Skills or Experience

The following competencies are ideal:

  • Research experience in community needs and development assessment.
  • Knowledge and experience with Epi-info, or SPSS data analytical tools.
  • Commitment to meeting agreed timelines.
