Your key responsibilities
- Assisting with data capture and extraction from key financial and ERP systems
- Identify, investigate, recommend and implement solutions for audit data issues
- Managing remote and automated client data capture from key financial and ERP systems
- Cleansing data using Excel, Access, and other data cleansing solutions
- Analysis of data using a variety of different software tools eg: Excel, Access, Spotfire
- Provide business insights through visualisation, trend and correlation analyses
- Loading data to a variety of EY data analysis tools and solutions
- Providing data & analytics services to audit team
- Possess an understanding of business and financial accounting processes
- Have experience of financial data analysis

Qualifications, Education and Certification
- Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial science, accounting, business administration, information systems, computer science, engineering or statistics
- Professional qualifications: ACCA, CA or CISA is a plus
- A minimum of 1-2 years work experience
- Attention to detail in investigating, communicating and solving problems in relation to data and related business and financial processes
- Working knowledge of MS SQL Server/SQL Server is preferred
- Sound working knowledge of MS Excel and all MS Office Suite products
- Work well under pressure and have the ability to deliver within tight deadlines
- Effectively deliver high volumes of work and analysis to a set budget
- Build effective relationships with colleagues and have a strong commitment to team work
- Have a strong desire to learn and develop into the role
- Good report writing and presentation skills
