Role Specific Requirements:
- Ensure the availability of Stock to meet demand.
- Monitoring stock level.
- Overseeing the procurement process.
- Ensuring products arrive at their destination (proof).
- Ensure the materials delivered are of good quality.
- Ensuring there is a purchasing policy that all purchases must adhere to.
- Choosing the suppliers that the Company will deal with and maintaining the legal interaction with them.
- Manage any Agreements between the suppliers and the Company, if any.
- Liaison with other departments, particularly the accounting, manufacturing and stock departments.
- Handle stock usage & Audit
Required Skills or Experience
Required Skills and Experience:
- Masters in Procurement Management or any related field
- Must have experience in working in the construction indusutry
- Minimum of 4 years relevant experience in a similar industry
- Good understanding of procurement principles and practices
- Strong time management skills
