Job Description
- Accounts Receivables including;
- Daily collections
- Collect deposit into our system
- Accounts Management including; -
- Receivable reports
- Customer Accounts settlement and Reconciliation
- Cash Account Audit
- issuing of customer balance confirmation and ensure
- Receipts of customer’s confirmation to ensure SOP’s have been followed.
- Foreign Vendor payment
- Processing of Forex Vendor payment
- Responsible for Payment of Statuaries
- Any other duties as may be assigned by Management
Required Skills or Experience
- Qualification: A minimum of bachelor’s Degree/HND in Accounting with a part qualification in ACCA/ICA
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Manufacturing / FMCG Sector Preferred candidate must have excellent knowledge in ERP Application
