Primary Responsibilities
• Design, write and use lesson plans that conform to the curriculum and show modifications for differences in student learning styles.
• Managing the behavior of preschool children
• Writing observation reports.
• Designing lessons and activities that cater for the holistic development of the child.
• Employing the use of technology to strengthen the instructional process.

Qualification Required & Experience
• Must possess a diploma/ degree in Education
• Must have at least 2 or more years experience, teaching children in Preschool
• Working Knowledge of curriculum and instruction
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Ability to be creative and lead activities in any creative arts (dance, drama, drawing, arts and crafts) will be an added advantage.
• Ability to use Jolly Phonics will be a plus
• Ability to speak a foreign language eg. French will be advantageous
• Must be cheerful, hardworking, confident, nurturing and caring
• Residing around North Legon, Adenta, Madina, Ritz Junction, Agbogba and surrounding areas will be advantageous
