Primary Objectives
The position requires a highly qualified Legal Assistant to oversee the legal&compliance aspects of our business. You will safeguard our reputation by guaranteeing that the company strictly follows law guidelines and give legal advice to management about all relevant issues. The successful candidate will effectively ensure legal conformity and minimize probability of risk.

Private Legal Secretary responsibilities:
- Liaise with external lawyers and update Management on all litigation cases.
- Give accurate and timely counsel to management on a variety of legal issues arising in the course of business.
- Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations.
- Draft, modify and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to assist and support business activities.
- Interprete legal information and disseminate appropriate legal requirement to management.
- Review contracts to ensure they are in compliance with all statutory requirements
- Examines and improves auditing processes to prevent compliance issues or resolve them in a timely manner.
- Develop and oversee control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies.
- Evaluate the Efficiency of controls and improve them continuously.
- Revise procedure periodically to identify non-conformity issues.
- Assess the business’s future ventures to identify possible compliance risks.
- Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control
Required Skills or Experience.
- Must have extensive knowledge of the procedures associated with specific court procedures.
- Organizational skills

Qualifications
