--> We are a Facility Management Services provider looking for a motivated, aggressive and results-driven Field Sales Officer to join our growing team. The individual in this role would be responsible for scouting and calling prospective clients, explaining our services and guiding them through their purchase process. We are seeking a go-getter who is very persuasive, energetic and ready to go the extra mile to ensure clients satisfaction
Duties and Responsibilities
- Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads
- Aggressively prospect for new clients and businesses
- Schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current clients
- Communicate with leads and clients via email
- Answer all lead and client’s questions accurately
- Prioritize and/or escalate lead and client’s questions as needed
- Promote specific services as directed by management
- Inform leads and clients of current promotions and discounts
- Maintain positive business and client’s relationships in the effort to extend clients lifetime value
- Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team
- Source and develop referrals
- Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for manager review
- Meet and/or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
- Self-improve continuously by way of experience and managing feedback

Required Skills or Experience
- Diploma, HND/Degree preferred but not required, relevant experience is sufficient
- Impeccable client service skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
- A strong passion, motivation and a driven attitude to succeed in selling FM services.
- Sales-driven, results-driven and target-driven attitude
- Aptitude for persuasion and negotiation
- Proficient in time management
- Organized work ethic
- Ability to meet and/or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
- Ability to create and deliver client presentations.
