MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensuring the delivery of highest quality of economic, market and company research.
• Overseeing the provision of risk and attribution analysis of investment portfolios.
• Overseeing the preparation and editing of research publications for distribution to clients and media houses. (TV, Newspapers, Magazines)
• Supervise the conduct of investment research and performance analytics for the asset management business.
• Supervise Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) analysis, negotiations and structuring.
• Supervise due diligence (e.g.; coordination of external consultants) and in-depth business analysis)
• Oversee the preparation of investment documentation (investment proposals, presentations, information and prequalification memorandum, term-sheets, etc.)
• Champion all risk and returns assessment.
• Provide leadership and supervision for all valuation exercises.
• Lead the business development drive of the team with a strong pipeline of viable businesses (deals).
• Provide supervision in analysing investment projects.
• Developing strategies of acquisitions.
• Lead the execution of deals by tracking implementation through to revenue recognition.
Qualification Required & Experience
• Minimum of a 2nd Degree in a relevant discipline such as Economics, Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, Accounting from an accredited tertiary institution.
• 7 to 9years relevant work experience, 3 years in a senior managerial position with a reputable organisation.
• Professional membership of ACCA, ICA, FRM, CFA
• Possession of a Ghana Stock Exchange (GSE) Securities Certification

• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
• Exposure to diversified business and financial institutions
• Superior presentation/public speaking skills
• Experience of undertaking strategic reviews of business and market research.
• Effective ability to communicate orally or in written form effectively with co-management, internal and external customers.
