An expanding Food and Beverage business seeks to recruit for the above position for its new shop, which is opening soon. This is an opportunity for people with long term vision to join a young business with potential to grow big and be part of the success story.
Responsibilities:
- Escort customers to their tables
- Prepare tables for meals and drinks
- Describe and recommend wines to customers
- Take orders from customers for food or beverages
- Explain chef’s specialties
- Remove dishes and glasses from tables or counters, and take them to kitchen for cleaning
- Clean tables/or counters after customers have finished dining
- Collect payment from customers
Required Skills or Experience
- Pleasant appearance and warm personality, Hard working Be welcoming, friendly and helpful
- Must be tactful and patient
- Must have good communication skills
- Ability to adapt to situations and new things.
- Willing to work extra hours at some times.
