Responsibilities

• Manage the CEO's office and liaise activities between other departments, stakeholders and partners
• Responsible for setting up travel, meetings, speaking engagements etc for the CEO
• Manage the flow of information to members of the external circulation through memos, report writing, proofreading among others
• Exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality on all sensitive matters
• Responsible for maintaining calendar and scheduling appointments and meetings and ensure the CEO knows where he needs to be at all times
• Supervise all activities in the CEO's office and perform all related administrative tasks
• Execute all projects and other tasks as assigned

Qualification Required & Experience

• Minimum of diploma or equivalent professional qualification in Business Administration, Secretaryship or any other related field
• 5 to 7 years working experience in similar role or in a related field
• Ability to plan, coordinate and monitor activities
• Outstanding organizational skills as well as attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external partners
• Outstanding written, editing, proofreading, oral communication and facilitation skills
• Outstanding knowledge of administrative processes and systems, computer savy
• Disciplined, self-starter and dependable with excellent written and oral communication skills
