Responsibilities
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis with frequent updates and recommendations
• Conduct business presentations to personal and corporate clients
• Manage social media pages, engage potential customers and clients as well as website management
• Together the sales team, find ways to sell products, services and events to achieve sales targets
• Ensure all marketing collateral is curent and ensure company brand is promoted constantly
• Gain product knowledge and ensure it's easily accessible to clients and potential clients
• Perform other related tasks as required as directed by the CEO and/or Marketing Manager

Qualification Required & Experience
• Minimum of HND preferably in real estate or other social sciences with a minimum of 5 years working experience
• Intermediate to advanced level of knowledge of Ghana's real estate industry will be an advantage
• Ability to demonstrate exceptional organisational and time management skills to meet sales deadlines
• Proven track record in similar role or at the level of sales and marketing supervisor for a period of not less than 4 years
• Special knowledge of sales/marketing and closing techniques
• Target-oriented professional with flair, discipline, confidence, eloquence and personality
• Ability to represent company in all settings
