Job Title: Corporate Marketing Manager
Objective:
• To work to improve the organisation’s market position and achieve financial growth through the definition of long-term organizational strategic goals, building of key customer relationships, identifying business deals and maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions
Duties
• Prospect for new clients
• Develop and implement marketing strategies that seek to acquire new business for the company
• Follow up new business opportunities and set up meetings for the senior management where necessary
• Prepare annual marketing plan and budget for the company
• Coordinate marketing and sales activities for the marketing team and the branch offices of the company
• Manage the company’s marketing communications
• Review and update the company’s marketing communications material
• Provide direction and leadership in the department
Qualification Required & Experience
• University Degree in Marketing or its equivalent
• 2 years post-qualification relevant experience in marketing/insurance
• Ability to formulate strategies, policies, procedures and action plans
Knowledge in presentation skills
Other Competencies
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to plan, coordinate and follow up to monitor team member activities
• Ability to identify and evaluate alternative solutions to problems
• Ability tp take timely decisions
• Ability to establish objectives, targets and goals
