Additional Information & Application Method
SELECTION
Selection will be based on two parameters:
- Technical evaluation of the proposal including assessment of similar kind of projects activities undertaken in the past. The final assessment will also include presentation to be made by the bidder on a pre-notified date, elaborating the proposed work plan, approach & methodology and establishing his credibility in undertaking assignments of similar kind.
- Lowest bid received; please include a cost breakdown by activity.
TIMELINES
Duration 6 months: September to February.
Send your technical and financial bids to [email protected] before October 5, 2018. Submissions should include separate technical (understanding and agreement on scope of work, past work experience on the subject, methodology) and financial proposals.
