Role Summary
The Creative Designer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Oyibi. The Creative Designer will develop visual concepts and layouts for prints, apparel, packaging, and digital assets that align with client brand guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include creating graphic designs, refining brand identities, preparing production-ready files, and collaborating with team members to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of all projects. The role also involves contributing creative ideas, reviewing design proofs, and maintaining consistency across all branded materials.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Creative Design and Branding to develop cohesive and impactful brand visuals.
- Candidates should possess solid Graphics and Graphic Design skills for both print and digital media executions.
- Candidates should possess Web Design capabilities to support online brand presence and digital campaigns.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalents).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse design work across concept development, branding, print, apparel, packaging, and digital assets.
- Ability to work on-site in Oyibi, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail, visual storytelling abilities, and collaborative communication skills.
- A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is an advantage, as is prior experience in a branding or print production environment.
