JOB SUMMARY
Agrohao Ghana Company Limited is seeking a highly organized, experienced, and results-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure accurate inventory management, supervise warehouse personnel, and maintain efficient stock receiving, storage, and dispatch processes.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong leadership, excellent inventory control skills, and the ability to maintain high standards of accountability, safety, and operational efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Inventory & Stock Management
-
Manage and maintain accurate warehouse inventory records.

Conduct regular stock counts and monthly inventory reconciliation.

Ensure physical stock balances correspond with the company's inventory management system (Tally).
-
Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, damaged products, and stock discrepancies.

Implement FIFO/FEFO inventory control procedures.

2. Warehouse Operations
-
Supervise the receiving, unloading, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of products.

Verify incoming and outgoing stock against approved documents.
-
Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders.
-
Maintain proper warehouse organization, cleanliness, and space utilization.
3. Staff Supervision
-
Lead and supervise warehouse workers, storekeepers, and loaders.
-
Monitor employee attendance, productivity, and performance.
-
Ensure compliance with warehouse operating procedures.
4. Documentation & Reporting
-
Maintain accurate records of stock receipts, transfers, returns, and dispatches.
-
Prepare daily stock movement reports and monthly inventory reports.
-
Investigate and report stock shortages, damages, and discrepancies.
-
Coordinate with the Finance, Sales, and Logistics Departments.
5. Warehouse Safety & Security
-
Ensure safe storage and handling of agrochemical products.
-
Maintain compliance with applicable Ghana EPA and workplace safety requirements.
-
Implement measures to prevent theft, stock losses, and unauthorized dispatches.
-
Ensure proper handling of expired, damaged, and leaking products.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
-
HND or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or logistics.

Previous experience in an agrochemical, manufacturing, distribution, or FMCG company is an added advantage.

Good knowledge of Tally ERP, Microsoft Excel, and inventory management systems.

Strong understanding of inventory reconciliation, FIFO/FEFO, and warehouse documentation.

Proven leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
-
High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
-
Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
