Junior Graphics Producer - Nestle Business Solutions

Nestlé is currently looking for a Junior Graphics Producer to adapt and localize global content assets across digital, video, retail, eCommerce, CRM and print channels. The role will modify, localize, and optimize global master assets for local market activation while ensuring alignment with Nestlé brand standards, marketing requirements and approved ways of working.

Working within NBS Content Solutions, the Graphics Producer will collaborate with Production Managers, Content Solutions Leads, Account teams and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality content efficiently, while supporting automation, continuous improvement and scalable content production.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end content adaptation and localization across digital, video, retail, eCommerce, CRM and print channels in line with market briefs and Nestlé brand guidelines.
• Adapt, modify, resize, retouch and reformat global master assets according to channel, format, language, technical and market requirements.
• Repurpose existing master assets to maximize content reuse and reduce unnecessary duplication of creative work.
• Support video and motion adaptation, including simple editing, transitions, motion graphics, GIF, HTML5 and platform-specific deliverables where applicable.
• Use Content Hub and other approved Nestlé platforms to execute, track and deliver adaptation activities in line with governance, metadata and compliance requirements.
• Use approved AI, automation and production tools to streamline repetitive tasks and support scalable adaptation workflows in line with IMS, Legal and brand guidelines.
• Support pre-flight checks and quality validation, including CreativeX-related requirements where applicable.
• Collaborate with Production Managers, Account teams, Content Solutions Leads, Graphics Producers and relevant stakeholders to clarify briefs, resolve issues and ensure timely delivery.
• Identify production risks, technical blockers, missing information and feasibility concerns, and escalate them through the appropriate channels.
• Contribute practical feedback and ideas that improve production processes, tools, templates, quality, productivity and operational efficiency.

What Makes You Successful?

• At least 2 years of proven experience in graphics production, content adaptation/localization or a related creative production environment.
• Experience adapting digital, video, retail and print assets for multiple channels and formats.
• Experience working with global brand guidelines and localization requirements.
• Experience supporting large-scale content adaptation and asset versioning workflows; agency, studio, production or in-house content experience is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Acrobat.
• Good understanding of video editing and post-production using Adobe Premiere and After Effects.
• Understanding digital asset management principles, content adaptation workflows and digital, video, retail and print production principles.
• Awareness of CreativeX or similar content compliance frameworks, as well as content automation, modular content and scalable production approaches.
• Strong planning, time management, communication, collaboration, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• Creative mindset, strong attention to detail, service orientation, adaptability, business English communication skills and curiosity about emerging technologies and AI-enabled production methods.
