Faith Cold Store, a leading frozen food distribution company, is seeking hardworking, responsible, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Stores Officers.
Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and properly record incoming frozen food products.

Maintain accurate stock records and monitor stock levels.

Arrange and organize products properly in the warehouse/cold room.

Monitor product movement, transfers, and stock balances.
-
Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies.
-
Ensure proper labelling, dating, and rotation of products using FIFO/LIFO principles.

Prepare and submit daily/weekly stock reports.
-
Monitor product condition and report shortages, damages, or spoilage.
-
Work closely with the Sales, Operations, and Accounts teams.

Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of the warehouse and cold room.

Requirements
-
Minimum of Degree, Diploma, or HND in Stores Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

Previous experience in a warehouse, cold store, supermarket, or frozen food environment will be an advantage.

Good knowledge of stock management and inventory control.

Ability to use Microsoft Excel and other basic computer applications.

Good numerical and record-keeping skills.

Honest, disciplined, hardworking, and able to work under pressure.

Willingness to work in a cold-room environment.
