Job Summary
The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth, expand market reach, strengthen customer relationships, and enhance the visibility and competitiveness of the Company's agricultural produce and products, including eggs, livestock, fish, fruits, and vegetables.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue, market share, and business growth.
- Identify new markets, customer segments, distribution channels, and business development opportunities.
- Build and manage relationships with customers, distributors, institutional buyers, and strategic partners.
- Lead marketing campaigns, product promotions, exhibitions, digital and traditional marketing activities.
- Conduct market research and monitor agricultural trends, pricing, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform business decisions.
- Strengthen customer relationships, improve satisfaction, and drive customer retention and repeat business.
- Lead and develop the Sales and Marketing team, including setting targets, coaching, and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with Farm Managers and other departments to align production with market demand and customer requirements.
- Monitor sales and marketing performance and prepare monthly reports, analysis, and recommendations for Management.
- Represent the Company at relevant exhibitions, industry events, and business development engagements.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agribusiness, or a related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years' relevant experience in sales, marketing, business development, or commercial management, with demonstrated success in market development, customer relationship management, and sales growth.
- Experience within agriculture, agribusiness, FMCG, food production, or a related industry.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
Core Competencies
- Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles, strategies, and practices.
- Knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis methods.
- Understanding of agricultural produce and products, customer behaviour, and market dynamics.
- Knowledge of branding, product promotion, and customer engagement strategies.
- Understanding of pricing principles and sales forecasting methods.
- Ability to interpret sales, marketing, and market performance data for decision-making.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and relevant digital marketing tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and time management abilities.
- Effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Results-driven and proactive.
