Faith Group of Companies is looking for a creative, energetic, and talented Social Media & Content Creator to manage and grow our social media presence and promote our brand across various digital platforms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and regularly update the company’s social media handles.

Create engaging, creative, and professional content for our various platforms.

Identify and capture interesting picture stories, videos, activities, events, and important moments within the organisation.

Take high-quality photographs and videos that effectively tell the company’s story.

Develop creative captions, posts, reels, short videos, and other digital content.

Cover company events, staff activities, customer interactions, promotions, projects, and other important occasions.

Maintain a consistent and positive brand image across all social media platforms.

Monitor social media trends and introduce innovative ideas to increase engagement and brand visibility.

Plan and maintain a regular content calendar.

Collaborate with management and relevant departments to develop content that promotes the organisation, its products, services, and achievements.

REQUIREMENTS
-
Must have strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp and other relevant platforms.

Must be very good at photography and videography.

Must be able to confidently operate a professional camera or high-quality mobile camera.
-
Good knowledge of video editing, photo editing and graphic design will be an advantage.

Must have a good eye for composition, lighting, angles and storytelling.

Creative, innovative and able to identify good stories and content opportunities.

Excellent communication and writing skills.

Must be proactive, energetic and willing to move around to capture activities and events.

Previous experience in social media management, photography, videography, marketing or content creation is preferred.
