Scope
It involves supporting the Divisional Manager regarding the exploitation of latex of every tappable tree in the Division (Old and New farms) and the timely evacuation of the crop to the factory. It also involves land preparation, planting and maintenance of rubber in the division while ensuring the quality indices set at the beginning of the tapping season. Also responsible for all Health, Safety and Environmental issues in the Divisions.
MA1 : Ensure the maintenance and repairs of all fleet of the company

Ensure the achievement of the monthly and annual production of rubber of the division
-
Ensures total and daily evacuation of crop to the factory
-
Ensures a tapping quality as per policy.

Ensures that tree equipment; cups, hungers, springs, spout, rain-guards fixed on time.

Ensures that an effective crop monitoring system is put in place to minimize factory and field weights.

Ensure the maintenance of the plantation in the division according to standard and budget
-
Ensures the application of herbicides according to standards
-
Ensures the timely application of fertilizers
-
Ensures that there is no fire outbreak in the division
-
Ensure the preparation of land for the replanting and the replanting in the division
-
Ensure that all manual land preparation activities are carried out timely
-
Ensure that planting is done timely and securely and according to standard with a success of 98%

Ensure that the production and distribution of stimulant and production data are produced on time:

Draws the annual stimulation calendar

Ensure the timely production of stimulation
-
Ensure proper management of the villages for tappers including discipline, safety and respect for environment

Requirements:

Education: Diploma in Agriculture or any related field

Experience: Minimum of at least 2 years’ relevant working experience
