JOB SUMMARY
Zonda Tec Ghana Limited is a premier provider of machinery and automotive solutions, proudly representing world-class brands including Shantui, Great Wall Motors, Forland Vehicles, and CHNTC Howo/Sinotruk. We are seeking a meticulous and creative Graphics Designer to join our team in Tema. The primary purpose of this role is to translate the rugged reliability and engineering excellence of our brands into compelling visual narratives.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end production of all marketing collateral, ensuring that every piece of printed or digital material reflects the precision and quality of the vehicles we sell and service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design visually engaging layouts for brochures, flyers, product catalogs, and official promotional publications that highlight vehicle specifications and company services.

Ensure strict adherence to Zonda Tec and manufacturer (Shantui, Great Wall, Forland, Sinotruk) brand guidelines across all materials.

Create large-format designs for exhibition displays, including pull-up banners, backdrops, pop-up stands, and outdoor signage for corporate events and motor shows.

Design and coordinate the arrangement of in-showroom graphics, window displays, and price tags to ensure a professional and appealing customer environment.

Produce graphics for social media, website banners, and email newsletters to support digital marketing campaigns.

Conduct rigorous content proofreading and sizing verification to ensure all displayed specifications, pricing, and contact details are 100% error-free before production.

Manage color consistency across various media, ensuring that the brand’s corporate colors match the physical output.

Manage timelines strictly to ensure all materials are delivered to printers or event venues on schedule.

Collaborate with the sales and service teams to understand product USPs and translate technical specifications into customer-friendly visuals.

Maintain an organized digital library of assets, templates, and finalized designs for future use.

Respond quickly to emergency design requests for marketing and event demands.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree, HND, or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Digital Media, or a related field.

Minimum of 2–3 years of professional experience in a graphic design role, preferably within the automotive, manufacturing, or heavy equipment sector.

Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Strong typography, layout, and color theory skills.

A strong portfolio demonstrating experience with corporate branding, exhibition displays, and print-ready artwork.
