We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Handyman to ensure reliable maintenance support and contribute to the smooth running and dynamic growth of our company.
Key Responsibilities
- Assumes responsibility for routine maintenance duties across facilities
- Conducts inspections of electrical fittings, building exteriors and equipment
- Responds promptly to Centre Manager directives and tenant maintenance issues
- Performs repairs, plumbing fixes and escalates unresolved problems
- Ensures familiarity with emergency equipment, fire systems and safety procedures
- Carries out meter readings, lighting replacements, and routine reporting
- Provides back-up organizational support in the absence of Mall Managers
Qualifications Required & Experience
- Vocational training or apprenticeships
- NTVI Certification in any of the construction trades
