About the Company
A reputed medical equipment supplier and healthcare solutions company is seeking a Sales & Biomedical Engineer to join its growing team in Ghana. The successful candidate will combine technical biomedical engineering knowledge with strong sales and customer relationship skills to support the supply, installation, and servicing of medical equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and healthcare institutions.
- Promote and sell medical equipment, devices, and healthcare solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, procurement teams, and key decision-makers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical presentations to clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable medical equipment.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Support equipment installation, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Provide basic technical training to hospital staff and equipment users.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and installation.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, orders, and after-sales service requirements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new medical technologies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities.
- Support preventive maintenance and technical service activities when required.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biomedical Technology, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience in medical equipment sales, biomedical engineering, or healthcare technology is preferred.
- Strong understanding of medical equipment and hospital applications.
- Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business development and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to understand technical specifications and translate them into customer solutions.
- Willingness to move to Ghana for client visits, installations, demonstrations, and business development.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently; proactive and responsible
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- A valid driver’s license is an advantage.
