Dekells Branding Limited is a Ghana-based textile printing company specializing in premium custom fabric printing for schools, businesses, churches, organizations, events, and individuals. We produce high-quality, printed fabrics for uniforms, anniversaries, funerals, campaigns, corporate events, and other custom textile needs, with a focus on vibrant colors and detailed craftsmanship. While fabric printing is our primary focus, we also offer custom plastic bag printing to support our clients’ branding and packaging needs.

Job Summary

Dekells Branding Ltd is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Textile Designer to create high-quality, print-ready fabric designs for schools, organizations, churches, businesses, events, and fashion clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for color, patterns, and layout, and be able to transform client ideas into attractive textile designs suitable for production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design original textile patterns and fabric prints for various clients.
  • Create seamless repeat patterns for fabric printing.
  • Develop custom designs based on client requirements and branding.
  • Prepare production-ready artwork with accurate colors, sizing, and specifications.
  • Revise designs based on client feedback while meeting project deadlines.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and production teams to ensure quality output.
  • Stay updated with textile design trends, fashion, and printing techniques.
  • Maintain an organized library of design files and artwork.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Textile Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in textile or surface pattern design is an advantage.
  • Strong creativity, attention to detail, and understanding of color theory.
  • Ability to create original, print-ready textile designs.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Skills

  • Excellent textile pattern and repeat design skills.
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of print production processes and fabric design requirements.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to interpret client concepts into visually appealing fabric designs.
