We are now establishing Knoxxi Clinical Services, and we're looking for Medical Officers to join our founding clinical team.
A Different Kind of Clinical Role
This role combines clinical practice with preventive care, continuous health monitoring, AI-assisted clinical decision support and clinical research.
You will:
- Conduct virtual and scheduled in-person consultations
- Review patient histories, vital signs, screening results and health trends
- Manage common acute and chronic conditions
- Support prevention, early intervention and long-term disease management
- Develop treatment, follow-up and referral plans
- Work with AI-assisted insights and clinical decision-support tools
- Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare professionals
- Participate in clinical research studies, including protocol design and data review
- Help shape the clinical protocols and care pathways of Knoxxi Clinical Services

AI supports clinical decision-making. Clinical judgement and responsibility remain with the treating clinician.
We're Looking for Doctors Who Are Curious About Where Medicine Is Going
This posting is open to Medical Officers at all experience levels — from doctors newly out of housemanship to senior clinicians interested in founding clinical leadership roles.
You should:
- Hold an MBChB, MBBS or equivalent
- Be licensed and in good standing with the Medical and Dental Council of Ghana (MDC)
- Have completed the required housemanship/internship
- Have strong clinical judgement and communication skills
- Be comfortable with digital healthcare and virtual consultations
- Be interested in preventive medicine, health data and technology-enabled care
You don't need to be an AI expert.
You do need to be curious about how technology can help doctors understand patients better, intervene earlier and deliver more continuous care.
