Job Summary

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Leadership, ensuring effective coordination of schedules, communication, meetings, documentation, and organizational activities. The ideal candidate should demonstrate professionalism, discretion, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to Christian values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and executive support to the leadership team.
  • Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and schedules efficiently.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of leadership.
  • Maintain confidential information and handle sensitive matters with integrity.
  • Organize travel arrangements, events, conferences, and ministry-related activities.
  • Support the preparation and follow-up of leadership meetings and strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and administrative documents.
  • Assist with project coordination and tracking of assigned tasks.
  • Serve as a professional point of contact for stakeholders, partners, and members of the organization.
  • Demonstrate and promote the values, mission, and culture of the organization.

Required Skills or Experience

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools.
  • Experience working in a Christian, nonprofit, ministry, or values-based organization is an advantage.
