Full Job Description - Read Carefully
Job Overview
Will be responsible for financial management, inventory verification, payroll verification support, internal control processes, and compliance monitoring to ensure the company operates efficiently and securely.
Financial Management
- Maintain accurate accounting records and daily bookkeeping;
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable;
- Prepare monthly financial and management reports;
- Monitor company expenses and cash flow.
Inventory and Internal Control
- Conduct stocktaking and inventory verification;
- Monitor inventory movement and supply chain records;
- Coordinate with warehouse and sales departments to investigate inventory discrepancies;
- Ensure proper internal control procedures are followed.

Employment Terms
- Contract duration: 2 years
- Probation period: 6 months
- Salary: Negotiable, based on qualifications and experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in audit or internal control;
- Experience in factory inventory management;
- Experience in payroll verification/audit;
- Chinese language proficiency is an advantage.
