Leonards Homes is seeking an experienced, reliable, and professional Driver to join our team in Accra. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe transportation of staff and clients, as well as the meticulous maintenance of company vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
- Transportation: Provide safe and timely transport for management, staff, and clients across Accra and surrounding areas.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct daily checks (oil, water, tires, brakes) and ensure the vehicle is serviced on schedule.
- Cleanliness: Maintain the interior and exterior cleanliness of the vehicle at all times.
- Log Management: Maintain accurate mileage logs and fuel consumption records.
- Compliance: Ensure all vehicle documentations (insurance, roadworthiness) are up to date and report renewals promptly.

Required Skills or Experience
Minimum Qualifications
- License: Valid DVLA Driver’s License (Class B or C).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional driving experience in Accra; experience with corporate or real estate firms is a plus.
- Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of Accra routes, traffic patterns, and navigation apps.
- Personal Attributes: Punctual, disciplined, and possesses a strong sense of safety and confidentiality.
- Education: Minimum of BECE/WASSCE certificate.
