We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant with 5+ years of experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, knowledge of accounting systems, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Job Title: Accountant
Reports To: Head of Finance
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and process accounting transactions.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes using the ERP system.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and file statutory returns on time.
- Collaborate with the payroll team and support bank account management.
- Contribute to audits and implement cost-saving measures to support team goals.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Leveraging ERP software to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and reporting.
- Assist in treasury operations and relationships with banks to ensure seamless banking operations.

Qualification Required & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- ACCA/CA chartered or Final Level.
- 5+ years of accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
- IFRS knowledge preferred
- Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with the MS Office Suite.
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
