About The Job
The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager is responsible for ensuring timely, accurate, and high?quality financial planning, forecasting, and performance reporting across West Africa. The role supports decision?making by identifying risks and opportunities, strengthening financial performance management, and promoting strong FP&A capabilities within the CBU.
About You
- Strong financial planning, forecasting, and analytical skills with solid business acumen.
- Proactive, hands?on finance professional with the ability to influence and challenge stakeholders constructively.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex, multi?country environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate financial insights into clear business recommendations.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
- Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Minimum of 7–9 years’ experience in FP&A, controlling, or finance roles, preferably within a multinational or regional environment.
- Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and management reporting.
