Job Purpose
Zonda Tec Ghana Limited, a leader in the assembling, sales and servicing of commercial vehicles in Ghana, is looking to hire a Welder. As a successful hire, you will be tasked with joining, repairing, and fabricating metal components for vehicles.

Role Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
- Perform MIG, TIG, arc, or gas welding on automotive frames, panels, exhaust systems, and other components.
- Repair damaged vehicle parts by cutting, shaping, and welding metal.
- Operate welding equipment, grinders, and cutting tools safely and efficiently.
- Inspect welds for quality, strength, and compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain welding tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Follow all workplace safety protocols and PPE requirements.
Required Skills or Experience
- HND qualification with at least 2 /more years’ experience in a similar role
- A completed apprenticeship or vocational training
- A relevant certificate from a welding association may be required
- Proficiency in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick, Gas).
- Excellent stamina, strength and dexterity
- Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
- Sound understanding of welding safety
- Willingness to learn and work overtime when required.
