Responsibilities
The Container Homes and Office Production Supervisor:
- Oversees the fabrication, assembly, and installation of container homes and offices. They manage artisans, coordinate materials and tools.
- Ensure quality and safety standards are met, and supervise daily production activities to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, and management to ensure smooth project execution.
Required Skills or Experience
- Experience with building a container office from start to finish
- Manage a team of artisans
- Communicate with customers
- Reporting
- Manage inventory of tools, materials and equipment
- Read and interpret plans
- Autocad proficiency is a plus
Salary: GHS 3k - 3.5k
Location: Tema Motorway Roundabout
