Applications are hereby sought from the general public to fill existing vacancies for the role of a Microfinance Officer. Suitably qualified applicants who wish to apply for the vacant position are required to take note as follows:
Job Summary
- Responsible for prospecting, formation and training of groups
- Prospect for loan customers, appraise loan as well as undertake daily loan recovery exercises
- Supervision of Mobile Bankers (Susu Collectors), reconciliation of passbooks, as well as customer visitation and loan recovery

Qualification Required & Experience
- A minimum of HND or a bachelor's degree or an equivalent professional (Part II or above) qualification, such as ACCA, CA, ACIB, CIMA, etc
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in microfinance activities
- Relative experience in any banking operations role will be an added advantage
Competencies & Skills
- Must be computer literate, with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of T24 banking software will be an added advantage
- Demonstrate high standards of integrity, professionalism & adhere to ethical standards
- Self-motivated, analytical & attentive to details
- Good numeracy and coordination skills
- Must be able to ride a motorbike and possess a valid motor riding license
- Must be between the ages of 25 and 30 years at the time of application
