Duties
- Develop architectural designs, concepts, and detailed drawings
- Prepare 2D and 3D models, renderings, and construction documentation
- Liaise with clients to understand project requirements and present design proposals
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design implementation
- Review and approve materials and finishes
Job Requirements
Required Skills or Experience
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture
- Minimum of 2–5 years relevant experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, ArchiCAD)
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and building regulations
- Excellent design, visualization, and presentation skills
- Strong communication and project management abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certification or membership with a recognized architectural body preferable
- Experience working on residential and commercial projects
- Knowledge of sustainable and green building practice
