Job Summary
We are looking for a full-time, on-site, reliable, customer-focused Professional Driver to join our car rental team with the role based in Accra & Kumasi. You will be responsible for delivering, picking up, relocating, and cleaning rental vehicles, as well as assisting customers with vehicle handovers. A valid driver’s license covering categories B to F is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely drive and reposition rental cars between branches, partner locations, airports, or service centers.
- Conduct pre- and post-rental vehicle inspections (damage, mileage, fuel level, cleanliness).
- Deliver vehicles to customers at agreed locations and explain basic vehicle features when needed.
- Pick up returned vehicles and drive them to the rental depot for cleaning and maintenance checks.
- Refuel vehicles and ensure they are ready for the next rental.
- Assist with basic vehicle cleaning (interior/exterior) as part of fleet preparation.
- Follow all traffic laws, company driving policies, and safety procedures.
- Report any accidents, traffic violations, or mechanical issues immediately to the fleet supervisor.

Requirements
Valid driver’s license covering categories B, C, D, E, and F (must include cars, vans, and light trucks/minibuses).
- Clean driving record with no major violations in the last 3 years.
- Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience (delivery, taxi, courier, rental, or similar).
- Good knowledge of local roads, traffic patterns, and GPS navigation.
- Physically able to walk around vehicles for inspections and perform light cleaning tasks.
- Strong time management and communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Working Conditions
- Frequent driving (up to 6–8 hours per shift).
- Occasional weekend, evening, or holiday shifts depending on rental demand.
- Use of company vehicles; must return vehicles clean and fueled.
