The Role
As our first Operations Coordinator, you won't just be managing a process - you'll be helping to build one. You'll sit at the center of daily delivery operations, keeping riders on schedule, vendors informed, and every order moving from pickup to doorstep without friction.
This is a ground-floor opportunity. The person who grows with this role has a real path into operations leadership as we scale.

What You'll Do
- Coordinate daily dispatch — assigning orders to riders, tracking zones, and managing delivery rounds
- Serve as the main point of contact between vendors, riders, and management via WhatsApp and phone
- Monitor deliveries in real time and resolve issues quickly when things don't go to plan
- Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and rider performance
- Flag patterns, inefficiencies, and ideas that can make the operation run better
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, operations, customer service, or a related field
- Sharp communicator — clear, calm, and reliable under pressure
- Comfortable working with tools like WhatsApp Business, Google Maps, and basic spreadsheets or apps
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Someone who takes ownership and doesn't wait to be told what to do
- Based in Accra and available to work on-site
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with delivery or e-commerce operations in Ghana
- Experience coordinating field teams or drivers
