You’ll be at the centre of operations, linking account management and creative teams, and ensuring projects move smoothly from concept to execution while staying on schedule and within budget.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Be
- Workflow Optimisation: Improve internal processes to ensure work flows efficiently across teams
- Resource Allocation: Assign tasks based on skills, availability, and workload
- Project Scheduling: Oversee timelines and coordinate regular check-ins to eliminate bottlenecks
- Internal Liaison: Facilitate communication between account management and creative/production teams
- Quality Control & Compliance: Ensure all deliverables meet technical specifications and quality standards
- Budget Monitoring: Track time and costs to maintain profitability

Essential Skills & Tools
- Soft Skills: Strong organisational ability, attention to detail, and conflict management
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of creative and production processes, as well as delivery requirements
- Tools: Proficiency in project and resource management tools (Clockify, Asana, etc.)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an advertising or creative agency
