CERATH Development Organization (CDO) is a non-governmental entity empowering marginalised communities in urban and rural West Africa. CDO is committed to catalysing development through five key intervention domains: Agriculture, Fisheries, Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), Inclusive Finance, and Renewable Energy. Our overarching aspiration is to elevate the quality of life for those grappling with poverty.
INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY
CDO is seeking motivated young professionals to join our team and support the implementation of our projects. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on industry experience while contributing to impactful development initiatives.

Required Skills or Experience
Candidates with a postgraduate degree in the following fields
- Fisheries Science/Fisheries Administration and Management
- Climate Change and Sustainable Development
- Economics (with strong quantitative and analytical skills)
Skills
- Strong analytical, statistical and research skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Demonstrated interest in development work
Duration
6 months subject to renewal or full employment status
Compensation
Monthly stipend of GHS 2,000
