Reports Directly To: Supervisor or Boiler Operator
Location: Onsite at HPW Fresh and Dry Ltd, Adeiso, E/R
Job Purpose
Responsible for feeding the boilers, maintaining the heat generation systems and ensure constant heat flow to meet production demand.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Feed the biomass boilers in accordance with specifications or instructions.
- Regulate valves to control and adjust production of heat in accordance with production demand.
- Report defects and problems on the boilers to the supervisor.
- Record and report operational data such as readings on meters, instruments, and gauges.
- Clean working areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Perform routine maintenance on the heat exchangers of the boilers per the SOP provided.
- Support mechanics and electricians during maintenance works on the boilers.
- Operate the biomass shredder to provide fuel for the boilers.
- Perform routine maintenance works on the biomass shredder base on the maintenance schedule.
- Operate the Bobcat loader at the boiler house and ensure its maintenance is carried out.
- Daily report on fuel availability to the supervisor.
- Ensure to keep the necessary documentation in the boiler house
- Work assignment in all areas in the technical department
- Adhere to all health and food safety protocols on site
- Strict adherence housekeeping procedures
Required Skills or Experience
Qualification
- Strong background in science or technical related course: minimum of SHS/Technical
