Key Responsibilities
- Install fibre optic cables, including aerial, underground, and direct burial installations.
- Perform fibre optic splicing, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Connect customers to our fibre network, ensuring reliable and fast internet services.
- Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
Required Skills or Experience
- 1 year of experience in fibre optic deployment, installation, or maintenance.
- Strong understanding of fibre optic technology and network architecture.
- Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in various weather conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Must have the ability to drive a manual

Preferred Qualifications
- FTTH deployment experience.
- Relevant certifications (minimum of Certificate/Diploma in fibre optic, Electrical & electronics or computer science).
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.
Working Conditions
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Travel to different job sites across the country.
- Use safety equipment and follow safety protocols.
Salary: GHS 2,500 -3,500
