Position Summary:
As a Fuel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that site refueling operations comply with customer guidelines and deliver expected results, while implementing and monitoring Netis standards to meet defined targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand fully customer requirements and ensure compliance with it
- Ensure safety requirements are met
- Plan site refueling as per customer/internal requirements
- Ensure fuel distribution and site refueling procedure is understood by all concerned stakeholders, implemented and monitored
- Daily internal reconciliation of ongoing site refueling events
- Ensure instant and consistent site refueling data check
- Ensure reconciliation with customer is done on time and with no losses using correct verified data
- Track losses to obtain zero deadweight loss
- Ensure losses are endorsed by the right internal/external stakeholder
- Implement the Fuel risk assessment as per group standards
- Document and keep records of Fuel Management procedures
- Lead site losses investigation and ensure proper follow-up is done
- Interface with site refueling contractors
- Ensure proper client interface
- Ensure used vehicles in site refueling compliance with Legal and Car policy requirements
- Interface with HR in case of administrative theft or leakages, SHERQ department in case of external theft and O&M head for maintenance aspects involving fuel
- Plan and implement CPH tests as per customer and group standards
- Plan and implement fuel site auditing as per customer/group requirements
- Ensure special audits are done (prior, posterior, fuel station/depot…)
- Ensure fuel group reporting (UTAD) is accurate and send on time
- Ensure site refueling related bills are verified and reconciled with finance department
- Ensure site refueling necessary requirements are shared with Supply chain department
- Implementation of Fuel NOC
- Ensure lean management is implemented (cost optimization and customer satisfaction)
- To ensure constant strict adherence of company’s core values and SHERQ requirements
- To report and document any incident or accident occurring in relation to Fuel and liaise with the appropriate local/group managers for the necessary action to be taken
- Make sure all managers and operators follow the procedures and plans provided by the Quality Management System at all times
- Delegates functional activities to workers and establishes supervisory schedules and responsibilities to ensure quality and timeliness of independent decisions required to provide continuous service to the client and safety of workers
- Any other duties related to Fuel management may be assigned

Qualifications & Requirements :
- Driving license category TBD (ability to drive a 4WD)
- Knowledge of diesel generators main characteristics related to fuel usage
- Knowledge of telecom sites characteristics related to fuel usage
- Knowledge of applicable legal requirements
- Knowledge of fuel tankers requirements
Candidate Profile :
- Master’s degree in Energy, Electromechanics, or any equivalent diploma
- Five (5) years of experience in telecom sites refueling management
- Bilingual (English and French)
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions provided in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
