We’re looking for a Finance & Operations Manager who can take ownership of our financial structure and operational backbone as we scale.
Your role
This is not a “maintenance” finance role. You will build, structure, and optimize how finance and operations run across the company.
You will:
- Own financial management (reporting, cash flow, forecasting)
- Ensure full tax and regulatory compliance (Ghana context)
- Manage client invoicing and collections
- Oversee contracts, vendors and procurement
- Support project costing and profitability tracking
- Work directly with the CEO on growth and strategic decisions
- Act as the finance focal point for clients and partners

Profile
We’re looking for someone who combines structure with ownership:
- 7+ years in finance/operations (tech, consulting or project-based environment is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of Ghanaian tax & compliance
- Comfortable with financial reporting, forecasting and cash flow management
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Able to operate independently and advise leadership
