Role Summary
This is a full-time on-site role based in Accra for a Digital Marketing Specialist. The Digital Marketing Specialist will oversee the development and execution of effective digital marketing strategies. Responsibilities include managing social media campaigns, analysing web traffic and online marketing metrics, creating content, and ensuring alignment with brand objectives. The role requires strategy input, creativity, and operational excellence to drive customer engagement and business growth.

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive online engagement, and generate leads that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimise digital campaigns across social media, email, and search engines.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging content for websites, blogs, newsletters, and social platforms.
- SEO/SEM: Optimise website and content for search engines; manage paid advertising campaigns.
- Analytics: Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistency of brand messaging across digital channels.
- Collaboration: Work with sales, design, and product teams to align marketing initiatives.
Person Specification
Essential
- Education: HND in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–3 years in digital marketing or social media management.
- Skills: SEO/SEM, content creation, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads), strong communication.
- Attributes: Creative, analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable.
Desirable
- Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, or similar.
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
- Graphic design or video editing skills.
- Physical Demands: Primarily desk-based; extended screen time required.
