ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Warehouse Manager to oversee the efficient operation of all warehouses across the group.
This role is responsible for implementing inventory strategies, optimizing warehouse operations, strengthening tracking systems, and ensuring seamless coordination across departments. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on operational expertise to drive efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Strategic Planning
- Develop and implement warehouse and inventory strategies aligned with Group objectives.
- Coordinate activities of all inventory units and ensure compliance with established strategies.
2. Inventory Management
- Oversee inventory control procedures including receiving, storage, distribution, and reconciliation.
- Manage cycle count programs and receipt verification processes.
- Conduct and confirm periodic stock-taking exercises across subsidiaries.
3. Operational Efficiency
- Streamline warehouse processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Optimize workflows to maximize productivity and minimize discrepancies.
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other technology tools to enhance performance.
4. Leadership & Collaboration
- Provide leadership, supervision, and performance management for warehouse teams across the group
- Lead hiring, training, scheduling, and staff development initiatives.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure business goals are achieved.
5. Quality, Compliance & Safety
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to meet company and customer standards.
- Maintain ISO documentation and ensure proper record keeping.
- Promote and enforce safety programs related to inventory and warehouse operations.
6. Reporting & Communication
- Generate and analyze warehouse performance reports across subsidiaries.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Liaise with the General Manager regarding stock levels, risks, and potential supply issues.
9. Other Duties
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
OHSE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Knowledge of and adherence to all TAGG’s OHS&E procedures
- Follow all safe work procedures, rules, and instructions
- Risk Assessment
- Hazard identification and reporting
- Knowledge on the safe use of all tools and equipment as applicable
Required Skills or Experience
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain Management and other related fields.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in warehouse management.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Good knowledge of the methods used in keeping records of purchases, receipts and payments and maintaining general supplies
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in a multi-company environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Good knowledge of the fundamentals of inventory controls
- Numerical ability to perform rapid and accurate arithmetic computations using a calculator
- Ability to effectively use computer applications such as spreadsheet, word processing, email and database software;
- Ability to use a computerized inventory control system, where applicable
- Ability to plan and supervise the work of others
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
