Job Summary
The Graphic Designer & Social Media Executive will be responsible for:
- Designing high-quality creative materials,
- Managing and growing client social media accounts, and
- Supporting paid social media advertising campaigns.
This role requires a strong eye for design, a clear understanding of social media strategy, and the ability to work across multiple client brands while meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Design
- Design social media creatives, flyers, banners, posters, brochures and digital assets
- Develop brand-consistent designs for multiple clients
- Prepare artwork for print and digital use
- Work closely with the sales and account teams to interpret briefs accurately
- Maintain organised design files and brand assets

Social Media Management
- Develop and manage content calendars for client social media pages
- Write captions and content aligned with brand tone and campaign goals
- Schedule and publish posts across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, etc.)
- Engage audiences and respond to basic messages/comments when required
- Track and report on basic performance metrics
Social Media Advertising
- Support the setup and management of paid social media ads (Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Design ad creatives and write ad copy
- Monitor performance and suggest basic optimisations
- Work with account leads on campaign objectives and budgets
Collaboration & Support
- Support branding for events, campaigns and client activations
- Assist in preparing pitch decks, proposals and presentations when needed
- Work collaboratively with printers, vendors and account managers
Required Skills or Experience
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a graphic designer and/or social media specialist
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Solid understanding of social media platforms and trends
- Ability to design content specifically for digital performance
- Good communication and time-management skills
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects
Added Advantage
- Experience running Meta Ads or social media campaigns
- Basic video editing or motion graphics skills
- Knowledge of Canva (for quick content adaptation)
- Experience working in an agency environment
Experience Level
- Minimum 1–3 years relevant experience
- Portfolio of past design and social media work is mandatory
