Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Chef to join our team at Senalli Hotel in Koforidua. This is a full-time, on-site role where the Chef will oversee food preparation, ensure high-quality meal presentation, and maintain kitchen safety standards. The Chef will be responsible for menu planning, managing kitchen staff, maintaining inventory, and collaborating with management on culinary strategies.
Creative input in designing dishes and maintaining exceptional dining experiences is a key aspect of this position.

Qualifications
- Strong culinary skills, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
- Ability to lead and manage kitchen staff efficiently, including scheduling and delegation of tasks
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols in a professional kitchen environment
- Creativity in developing innovative recipes and culinary techniques
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work in a high-pressure environment
- Experience in hospitality or luxury hotel environments is a plus
- Formal culinary training or certification from an accredited institution is preferred but not required
