We are seeking a proactive, results-oriented Parts & Service Manager – Capital Equipment to oversee spare parts operations, ensure service excellence, and drive customer satisfaction while achieving annual performance sales targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and control inventory of spare parts for mining and capital equipment to ensure availability.
- Oversee procurement, forecasting, and warehousing to optimize stock levels and reduce downtime.
- Manage and coordinate service teams for preventive maintenance, breakdown repairs, and equipment overhauls.
- Develop and manage service contracts, including maintenance agreements and warranty claims.
- Enforce compliance with HSE standards while leading, training, and evaluating service staff.
- Achieve sales targets, margins, and market penetration objectives.
- Prepare, negotiate, and administer service agreements and contracts to ensure accuracy, compliance, and effective customer support.

REQUIREMENTS
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (MBA is an advantage).
- Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in mining, construction, or exploration sectors.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work in remote areas.
- Valid driver’s license required.
