We’re seeking dynamic and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Client Site Coordinator. If you’re passionate about logistics and client operations, we’d love to hear from you. This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to manage pickups efficiently at client locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordination of pickups at customer location

- Receipt of pickup details
- Creation of waybills
- Inspection and verification of pickup quantities
- Supervision of pickups
- Serves as a liaison between the shipper, head office and consignee
- Receipt, collation and submission of return copies
- Tracking of consignment and reporting on delivery – related issue
- Responding to customer enquiries
- Actively involved in resolving customer complaints in line with company procedures and service standards
- Prepare and submit daily pickup reports.

Required Skills or Experience
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management, Environmental Studies or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in distribution from a warehouse (preferably in the pharmaceutical sector).
- 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role & experience in handling the cold chain.
Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge of logistics, supply chain and health commodity distribution.
- Attention to detail and adherence to quality and regulatory standards.
- Good analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication, coordination, and team leadership abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent time management, integrity, and accountability in operations.
