Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Stock and Inventory Personnel to join our team. The Stock and Inventory Personnel will be responsible for counting and inspecting physical inventory, ensuring accuracy, and investigating any discrepancies.
Responsibilities
- Count and inspect physical inventory in the shop.
- Ensure that physical inventory matches inventory records.
- Prepare reports on inventory findings and inconsistencies.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies, such as shortages and overages.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills or Experience
Qualifications
- A degree or HND in a related field (e.g., Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management).
- Proven experience in inventory auditing or a related role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
